The autumn apple variety was obtained at the Bashkir Research Institute of Agriculture by crossing the varieties Ural Nalivnoe and Korichnoye Novoye. Authors: G. A. Mansurov, Kh. N. Fazliakhmetov, T. G. Demina. It has undergone state testing since 1999.
It is widely grown in the forest-steppe and steppe zones of horticulture in Bashkortostan. Recommended for republics of Tatarstan, Mari El, Udmurtia, Orenburg, Sverdlovsk, and Kirov regions.
Medium-sized tree. The crown is spreading in youth, and in fruiting period — broad-round, dense. Branches are straight, compactly arranged, diverge from the trunk at a sharp angle, and their tips point upward. Leafing is moderate. Bark on the trunk and main branches is smooth, greenish. Predominant type of fruiting structures — simple and complex rings.
Buds are medium-sized, straight, rounded in cross-section, reddish-brown, bare. Buds are numerous, small, convex. Buds are pressed, conical, hairy. Leaves are medium-sized, elongated-ovate, with spirally twisted tips, green, smooth, shiny, with delicate venation. Leaf blade is flat, curved downward, hairless. Leaf blade margins are finely toothed. Petiole is medium-length, thin, bare. Stipules are lanceolate, medium-sized.
Flowers are medium-sized, small-cup-shaped, pinkish, aromatic, stigmas positioned above the anthers. Inflorescence is medium-sized.
Fruits are medium-sized, 68–110 g, one-dimensional, flattened-round, equilateral, even, slightly ribbed, smooth, well-shaped. Skin is medium density, smooth, oily, shiny, without russeting. Main color — green, covering color — as a weak brownish-red diffuse blush. Subcutaneous spots are barely noticeable. Peduncle is medium, straight. Calyx is medium, acute-conical. Receptacle is small, broad, furrowed. Calyx tube is non-falling, open. Subcalyx tube is medium, cylindrical. Axial cavity is small. Heart is medium, round. Seed chambers are semi-open, medium. Seeds are few, medium-sized, light-brown, cup-shaped.
Flesh is greenish, juicy, finely grained, medium density, slightly sour-sweet. External appearance rating 3.8 points, taste rating 3.9 points. Chemical composition of fruits: 14.5% dry matter, 0.71% titratable acids, 10.1% sugars, 0.92% pectin, 6.8 mg/100g ascorbic acid.
Fruits are consumed fresh and suitable for various processing methods (compotes, juice, puree, dried fruits), can be stored up to 110 days. Transportability is medium, marketability is high.
Best pollinators — Bashkir Krasavets, Buzov'yazovskoye, etc., coinciding in flowering time.
Enters fruiting at age 6. Yield is 150–233 centners/ha, fruiting is regular, fruit drop is weak. Tree longevity is medium. Variety is highly resistant to extreme conditions and scab, weakly affected by codling moth and aphids.
Advantages of the variety: high ecological stability.
Disadvantages of the variety: small fruit size, mediocre fruit taste.
