Amulet apple variety — an early autumn Ukrainian selection, characterized by high productivity and resistance to major fungal diseases such as powdery mildew and scab. Due to its disease resistance, this variety can be grown without chemical protection, making it attractive for both private gardeners and commercial plantations. The tree is medium-sized with a dense, round or pyramidal crown, beginning to bear fruit on the 3rd–4th year after planting, forming fruit on the previous year's spurs and shoots. Amulet apples ripen at the end of September and are large in size — averaging 160–200 grams. They have a yellow-green color with a diffused red blush almost over the entire surface. The flesh is medium-dense, crisp, juicy, and very aromatic, with a pleasant dessert-like sweet-tart flavor and a mild, non-intrusive acidity. Due to the high transportability and marketability of the fruit, this variety is popular for fresh consumption and can be stored for up to 5 months. The Amulet variety is highly frost-resistant and suitable for cultivation across all of Ukraine. Its technical characteristics, including a medium-sized rootstock and resistance to pests, make it easy to maintain and economically advantageous for gardeners. This variety combines an attractive appearance, beneficial properties of the fruit rich in vitamins and minerals, and stable fruiting, making it one of the best choices for autumn harvests.
