Anemone SPRING FIRE

Georgian character in your garden

The 'Vesenniy Ogon' (Spring Fire) anemone is the result of selective breeding by the Federal Research Center 'Subtropical Scientific Center of the RAS'. Developed in a mild climate, this perennial possesses enhanced resistance to fluctuating spring temperatures. Unlike many decorative hybrids that require greenhouse care, this variety demonstrates remarkable survival rates in open-ground cultivation.

Why choose this variety

The plant's main advantage is its adaptability. Breeders prioritized consistent flowering, a feature crucial for both professional landscape designers and gardening enthusiasts. Its key strengths include:

• High growth energy, allowing the plant to quickly form dense, decorative clusters.
• Resilience to diseases typically associated with subtropical species when introduced to moderate latitudes.
• Long-term life cycle as a perennial: with proper agronomic practices, the clump maintains its decorative appeal over several seasons.

It is important to note that the variety requires excellent drainage; excessive moisture, typical of the Georgian foothills, can be detrimental in temperate zones without proper soil preparation. 'Vesenniy Ogon' is an ideal choice for those seeking a balance between exotic origin and predictable garden performance.
