Zucchini VAIT MARROU

2025 Breeding Innovation: "White Marrow" for Greenhouse Cultivation

The "White Marrow" variety, officially registered in Ukraine in 2025, is a specialized hybrid designed for professional greenhouse production. Unlike many traditional varieties, this zucchini exhibits a distinct bush habit with no branching, allowing for maximum space efficiency in greenhouses with high planting density.

Morphology and Productivity

The plant features robust foliage development: large leaf blades display an intense green color with characteristic silver spotting, serving as a key visual marker for the variety. The short petioles are densely covered with spines, requiring careful handling, yet this structure ensures a compact bush and easier access to the fruit.

• Hybrid Type: Simple hybrid, developed via plant breeding (PB) methods.
• Usage: Versatile — suitable for fresh market sales, industrial processing, and canning.
• Appearance: The fruits have a rich green skin color, which, combined with high yield potential, makes them highly sought after in the early vegetable market.

"White Marrow" is the choice for those prioritizing controlled growing environments. The absence of excessive shoots and the compact habit allow the plant to direct maximum energy toward fruit development, ensuring a stable yield of marketable produce even under intensive greenhouse conditions.
