Recommended for cultivation in the Forest-steppe and Steppe zones of Ukraine. The MATE variety has a vegetation period of approximately 266-270 days and an average yield of about 68.4 c/ha over three years of observation. Thousand-grain weight varies from 46 to 48.4 grams, indicating large grain size. The grain contains approximately 61% starch, 28% raw gluten, and 13.6% protein, ensuring high quality raw material for the food industry. The winter hardiness of the variety is rated as medium, and resistance to rust diseases corresponds to standard levels. Thus, wheat MATE is a promising variety for agricultural production, combining high productivity with adaptability to various climatic conditions. Its use contributes to stable production of high-quality grain, which is crucial for efficient agriculture in regions with moderate climates.
