Winter soft wheat Antipovka® is a new universal-type grain wheat variety developed for cultivation in the North Caucasus and other regions with a cold climate. This variety is distinguished by its high frost resistance, significantly exceeding that of standard frost-resistant varieties such as Grom and Don 95. Thanks to its cold tolerance, Antipovka® is ideal for sowing in northern and Caucasian regions, ensuring a stable yield even under complex climatic conditions.
Antipovka® is characterized by high yield and grain quality. During research, the variety's yield in the Stavropol Krai reached 0.96 t/ha, and in the Volgograd region — 1.16 t/ha, which exceeds the indicators of standard varieties. The variety forms an increased number of productive stems per square meter and possesses a higher grain mass per ear. Furthermore, the wheat is distinguished by its high resistance to lodging, diseases, and drought; it does not shatter or sprout on the root, which contributes to maintaining the quality and quantity of the harvest.
Antipovka® belongs to strong wheat varieties, forming high-quality grain. It is recommended for cultivation using intensive and medium-intensive technologies on fertile soils in various regions, including the Central Black Earth, North Caucasian, and Lower Volga. The variety is suitable for enterprises of all forms of ownership and can be used in various agro-technical systems, ensuring a reliable and high-quality grain harvest.
