Watermelon Bombeiro

The Bombeiro F1 watermelon is an ultra-early hybrid of the Crimson Sweet type, developed by the Dutch company Hazera. The vegetation period of this variety is only 55-60 days from transplanting seedlings, allowing for an early harvest. The plant is characterized by high productivity, long leafy vines, and a well-developed root system, which ensures stable formation of 2-3 fruits even under adverse conditions, including low temperatures. The hybrid is resistant to viral diseases and immune to fusarium and anthracnose, significantly reducing the risk of crop loss.

The fruits of the Bombeiro watermelon have an elongated-oval shape with a dark green striped rind. The weight of one fruit varies from 7 to 15 kg, depending on growing conditions. The flesh is bright red, juicy, and sweet, with a sugar content of 10-12%, providing an unparalleled flavor and aroma. There is a minimal amount of seeds in the flesh, making the fruit particularly attractive to consumers. Watermelons of this variety have excellent storability and high transportability, making them an optimal choice for commercial cultivation and marketing.

Bombeiro F1 seeds are suitable for planting in various regions, including open ground in Ukraine, due to their adaptability and resilience. The package contains 55-60 seeds, allowing effective planning of plantings. This hybrid combines high fruit quality, disease resistance, and early ripening, making it a profitable and reliable option for farmers and gardeners seeking an early and high-quality watermelon harvest.
