Tree of medium height with a pyramidal crown of medium density. Buds of medium size, vegetative conical, generative ovate, deviated from the shoot. Leaves obovate, medium size, apex acuminate, base acute, serration pinnate-toothed, leaf blade folded upward like a boat, slight pubescence at the angles between the midrib and lateral veins. Petiole pigmented, medium length and thickness, has 2 glands. Inflorescence with 3-4 flowers, medium size, corolla saucer-shaped, petals touching, white, stigma positioned mainly above the anthers, calyx narrow-bowl-shaped, absence of serration on calyx lobes, stamens and stigma long.
Fruit: average weight 5.4 g, maximum 7.5 g, height 23 mm, width 24 mm, thickness 20 mm. Fruits round, cavity narrow, apex rounded, with a white, clearly defined spot in the center. Fruit and pulp color dark red, juice red, flesh firm. Pedicel short, medium thickness. Stone ovate, average weight 0.32 g or 6% of fruit weight, light brown, apex slightly acuminate, base broadly rounded, stone separates easily from flesh. Fruits sweet, tasting score 4.7, detachment from pedicel good. Fruits contain 17.4% dry matter, 11.2% sugars, 0.43% acids, and 15.1 mg/100g ascorbic acid.
Flowering late. Fruit ripening medium-late. Enters fruiting at age 5. Bears fruit on bouquet branches (76%). Self-sterile. Best pollinators: Ovstuzhenka, Rechitsa, Revna. High winter hardiness. Trunk and base of main branches resistant to sunburn and frost cracking. In severe winters with air temperature -29°C and surface snow temperature -34°C, tree freezing damage 0.3 point, flower buds 16%, stigmas during flowering at 3-5°C frost — 32%. Good resistance to coccomyces, clasterosporiosis, and moniliosis. Disease damage does not exceed 0.9 point. Average yield 77 centners/ha, maximum 221 centners/ha.
Advantages of the cultivar: high winter hardiness of the tree and flower buds, resistance to fungal diseases, high productivity and fruit quality.
