Ilyichovsky Early — a wine grape variety ripening early, maturing in 128 days. Medium-growing plant, forms conical, medium-sized and dense clusters weighing about 130 g. Berries of medium size, round, black, weighing 1.6 g, with fleshy, juicy flesh and firm skin. Berry flavor is simple, sugar content is 19.4–20.2%, acidity — 5.9–6.3 g/l. Canes ripen well, fruiting canes range from 82 to 92%, with an average of 1.4 clusters per cane. Plant load is 30–45 buds with pruning of fruiting canes to 3–4 buds. Average yield is stable and reaches about 4 kg per plant. The variety is characterized by high cold resistance — withstands temperatures down to -24°C. It has increased resistance to diseases such as mildew (3 points) and oidium (2.5 points), with minimal susceptibility to gray rot. For optimal growth and fruiting, it is recommended to use a high-stemmed training system with stem height around 70 cm, as well as mandatory removal of excess canes. Ilyichovsky Early is widely used for making red table wines and high-quality juices. Due to its characteristics and resistance, the variety is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions, ensuring a stable and high-quality yield.
