Kudesnitsa

Kudesnitsa variety of wigna is an early-maturing and high-yielding type, distinguished by its resistance to adverse weather conditions and temperature fluctuations. The vine reaches a height of 2–3 meters and grows excellently both in open ground and in film greenhouses. Thanks to its high germination rate, each bush is constantly in bloom, and the fruiting period is extended, allowing for harvest several times per season.

Kudesnitsa beans have a length of 55–70 cm, a width of about 1 cm, and retain a bright green hue. They are thin, straight, without a parchment layer, and the seeds are oval, small, and brown. On average, one bush can yield 4.5 to 5 kg of beans. The taste is tender, rich in protein and trace elements, making them a valuable product for dietary nutrition.

In cooking, Kudesnitsa reveals itself in many ways: you can prepare boiled dishes, fried sides, casseroles, salads, as well as freeze and can them. Due to its high yield and versatility, this variety is an excellent choice for both home use and commercial cultivation.
