Anniversary 85 is an early-maturing turnip that is ready for harvest just 45‑55 days after germination.

This variety features a round root with a white skin and juicy, tender flesh. The leaves are green, slightly curved, with almost straight edges – all making the plant visually appealing. The turnip has a good taste, without sharp notes, making it an excellent choice for fresh consumption in salads, as well as for preparing side dishes, soups, or casseroles. Anniversary 85 is easy to grow in garden beds and vegetable plots, yielding from 2.2 to 3.1 kg per square meter.
