Tulip Solva

Reliability and Predictability in Early Flowering

The Solva Fosteriana tulip is the choice for those who do not rely on chance in ornamental gardening. As an operator, you will appreciate its predictability: it is an early-blooming variety, allowing for precise planning of logistics and seasonal cycles.

Agrotechnics and Protection

The strongest argument for Solva is its genetic resistance to a complex of diseases that typically erode profit margins. You won't need to spend extra resources on fungicide treatments against downy mildew (peronospora), phomopsis, phoma, or rust. The plant possesses a robust immune system, which is critical during high-density planting where infection spreads rapidly.

Maintenance and Handling

• Planting: The medium height makes this variety optimal for forcing and cutting. The stem does not require excessive support and is resistant to lodging.
• Service: Minimal intervention for pathogen control allows for a significant reduction in the cost of expensive crop protection products.
• Visual Appeal: The delicate pink hue of the petals is in constant market demand, while its status as a Fosteriana tulip ensures a recognizable bud shape and high petal tissue density, extending the vase life of the flower after harvest.

If your goal is to achieve predictable results with minimal risks of loss due to disease, this variety covers all professional requirements for high-quality planting stock.
