Tulip Furore

A Reliable Choice for the Spring Segment

The 'Furore' tulip belongs to the Triumph class, making it a strategic asset for operations focused on mid-season flower production. Growers choose this variety for its predictable development and high resistance to key pathogens that often lead to significant losses in greenhouse cultivation.

Agricultural Advantages

• Comprehensive Resistance: Genetic protection against Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt minimizes plant loss during forcing. The variety also shows high tolerance to Tomato Mosaic Virus and Cladosporium, allowing for reduced spending on intensive fungicide treatments.
• Cultivation Scenarios: Thanks to its medium flowering time, 'Furore' fits perfectly into a conveyor-belt supply scheme, filling the gap between early and late-blooming varieties.
• Visual Characteristics: The rich red petal color offers strong market appeal. The medium stem height ensures excellent transportability and resistance to lodging, which is critical for creating dense bouquets and handling wholesale shipments.

Practical Application

When planning plantings, agronomists value 'Furore' for its low-maintenance profile. The variety does not require specific growth regulators, maintaining an ideal bud shape under standard forcing protocols. In commercial production, 'Furore' demonstrates a stable yield of marketable stems, making it a profitable solution for flower farms serving markets with strict quality requirements.
