Tulip Burning Love

Burning Love: The Gold Standard for Early Forcing

In the competitive landscape of early-flowering tulips, Burning Love has established itself as the go-to variety for growers prioritizing color purity and operational consistency. Belonging to the Single Early tulip class, it combines a classic, intense red hue with a robust physical constitution, making it a reliable choice for commercial greenhouse production.

Proven Agronomic Performance

The market reputation of Burning Love is built largely on its resilience. Unlike more fragile hybrids, this variety is engineered to thrive under intensive cultivation conditions. Its standout feature is its disease resistance profile, which significantly lowers the risk of crop loss:

• Fusarium Wilt Resistance: Exceptional threshold for Fusarium allows for higher planting density without the threat of bulb rot.
• Verticillium Wilt Tolerance: Strong vascular immunity prevents premature wilting, ensuring that every stem reaches its full potential.

With an average stem height that makes it perfect for uniform bunching and transport, Burning Love remains a staple in the floral supply chain. Its ability to bloom early ensures it hits the market at the peak of spring demand, while its vase life keeps both retailers and end-consumers satisfied.

For the modern grower, Burning Love represents the "no-nonsense" approach. It is a variety that delivers consistent, high-quality blooms without the need for complex, high-risk interventions. By focusing on fundamental health, the breeders have created a tool that allows producers to forecast returns with a high degree of accuracy, cementing its place as a classic, durable, and highly profitable asset in any tulip portfolio.
