Dozor is a winter triticale variety intended for grain-forage use. It belongs to the medium-early maturity group with a vegetation period ranging from 244 to 271 days. Plants reach a height of 90 to 135 cm, featuring a white, long, and medium-density spike, fully awned. The grain is large, elongated, and red in color, with the mass of 1000 grains varying from 42.0 to 57.4 g. The average grain yield is approximately 39.3 c/ha. The variety exhibits good winter hardiness and lodging resistance at the level of standards. Dozor is characterized by resistance to major diseases, such as brown rust and solid smut, as well as moderate resistance to Fusarium head blight and stem rust. These characteristics make it a reliable choice for cultivation in various regions, including the North Caucasus and Middle Volga. The variety fits well into crop rotation and ensures stable yields and high grain quality, which is particularly important for agricultural production.
