Tomato JIRDAI

Tomato variety 'Jir dai' is a medium-maturing determinant hybrid with a maturation period from 107 to 115 days. The plant is medium-height, reaching 70-80 cm, making it suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic coverings. The fruits of this variety are large, weighing 200-300 grams, flat-round in shape, with a smooth, deep-red skin when fully ripe. Unripe fruits have a light-green hue, while ripe fruits are characterized by dense, juicy flesh. One of the key features of this variety is its high resistance to fruit blossom end rot and verticillium wilt, significantly improving crop quality and reducing losses during cultivation. The yield of this variety reaches 8.2 kg per square meter, indicating its high productivity. Moreover, the fruits are highly marketable and have long shelf life both on the plant and after harvest, making this variety attractive for commercial cultivation and sale. Variety 'Jir dai' is versatile in use: its fruits are suitable for fresh consumption as well as for processing into tomato products such as juices, ketchups, and tomato paste. Due to its large fruit size and juicy flesh, tomatoes retain excellent flavor and quality regardless of the method of use. This hybrid is recommended for cultivation in various climatic zones, confirming its adaptability and reliability.
