The tomato variety Olyushka is a medium-early variety with a maturity period from germination to fruiting of 95-110 days. This exclusive variety, developed by the agrofirm "Siberian Garden," was introduced in 2019 and is recommended for cultivation in open ground. It is adapted to the climatic conditions of northern regions, making it low-maintenance and resistant to adverse factors, including resistance to blossom end rot.
The tomato plant is low-growing, determinate, and bushy, reaching a height of 65-70 centimeters. The plant can be grown without pinching, simplifying care. On the main stem, 3-4 abundant clusters of fruits form, each cluster being semi-compact, 9-11 centimeters long, and containing 7-8 tomatoes. The fruits have a round shape; they are whitish in technical ripeness, but acquire a juicy, bright red color in biological ripeness.
The weight of one tomato ranges from 120 to 150 grams, with early fruits potentially reaching 200 grams. Tomato Olyushka stands out for its high taste and commercial qualities, being well-suited for transportation and storage, as well as successfully ripening after harvest in breaker ripeness. At a planting density of 2.8 plants per square meter, the yield reaches 9-10 kg per square meter, confirming its high productivity.
