Tomato 'Prima Dona' is an early-maturing determinate hybrid with a vegetative period of 90-100 days. The plant is strong, reaching a height of 70-90 cm, with the first flower forming above the 5th-6th leaf, and subsequent flowers appearing every 1-2 leaves. Fruits have a round-elongated shape with a characteristic nipple at the apex, smooth, multi-chambered, dense, and red in color without a green spot at the stem attachment. Fruit weight varies from 100 to 200 grams, depending on growing conditions. The flesh is tender, juicy, with excellent taste and high nutritional content that remains stable during thermal processing. The hybrid shows high resistance to a range of diseases, including tobacco mosaic virus, blossom and root rot, alternaria, verticillium wilt, and cladosporeiosis. Due to its early maturity, tomatoes are almost immune to phytophthora. 'Prima Dona' tolerates heat and stressful conditions well, is resistant to fruit cracking, ensuring good transportability and storage during transit. The plant adapts well to various weather conditions, allowing cultivation both in plastic greenhouses and open ground. For optimal cultivation, seedlings are recommended: seeds are sown at the beginning of April, and after 60 days, seedlings are transplanted to their permanent location. The hybrid responds very well to fertilizer application and adherence to agronomic practices. Tomatoes 'Prima Dona' are versatile in use — they can be consumed fresh, pickled, or processed into tomato products.
