YELLOW CREAM

Tomato variety 'Yellow Cream', developed by Ukrainian breeder Alexander Nikolaevich Bendrik, is a high-yielding indeterminate variety with an extended fruiting period. Plants grow to about 1.5 meters in height and are recommended to be grown as single-stemmed plants, regularly pinched and tied to support for optimal development. This variety is low-maintenance and suitable for both amateur and commercial cultivation due to its resistance to sunburn and phytophthora.

The fruits are plum-shaped and yellow, weighing between 80 to 120 grams. The clusters are complex and can contain up to 25 fruits, with a total weight of up to 2 kg. The tomatoes are dense and meaty, with little juice and seeds, giving them an exquisite harmonious sweet flavor. Due to these qualities, the fruits are ideal for canning, pickling, and all types of processing.

The variety is characterized by high yield — one plant, with proper care, can produce up to 8 kg of fruit. Tomatoes have excellent storability, and when stored in a dark, cool place, they can be preserved throughout the winter, making them convenient for long-term storage and transportation. All these characteristics make 'Yellow Cream' a universal and popular variety among gardeners and producers.
