Tomato Altei

Tomato Ailtey is an early-maturing variety with a determinate plant type, characterized by compactness and a height of about 50 cm. This variety is versatile for cultivation, suitable both for greenhouse conditions and open ground. Plants of the Ailtey variety are characterized by high yield, sometimes so abundant that side branches may break off from the main stem, therefore it is recommended to support the plants with stakes.

The fruits of Tomato Ailtey have a cylindrical shape, smooth surface, and bright red color without green spots at the stem end. The weight of one tomato is approximately 70-80 grams. The fruits have dense, fleshy flesh with a small number of seeds and a sweet taste. Due to their high density and fleshy texture, tomatoes have excellent transportability and storability, making them convenient for storage and transportation.

The Ailtey variety has moderate resistance to phytophthora, enhancing its reliability during cultivation. These tomatoes are ideal for processing into tomato products, as well as for whole-fruit canning, pickling, and drying. Thanks to their flavor qualities and versatility of use, the Ailtey variety is an excellent choice for gardeners and tomato product manufacturers.
