SOCKOL

Tomato SOCKOL is a reliable and low-maintenance determinate hybrid with limited growth, reaching a height of 120-150 cm. This variety is ideal for growing on country plots, especially if regular care of the plants is not possible. Plants require staking, particularly when grown in open ground, where they produce abundantly. In greenhouse conditions, yield is significantly higher, and up to a bucket of large tomatoes can be harvested from one plant.

The fruits of tomato SOCKOL are red and flat-round in shape, weighing 150-200 grams. They are distinguished by a pleasant taste with high sugar content and powerful antioxidant lycopene, making them both nutritious and delicious. These tomatoes are versatile in use: they are suitable for fresh salads as well as for canning.

For cultivation, it is recommended to sow seeds for seedlings in March-April at a depth of 1-2 cm, followed by thinning in the 2-3 true leaf stage. Seedlings are transplanted into greenhouses in April-May and into open ground in June. After transplanting, plants must be staked and pinched to improve fruit formation. The optimal planting scheme is 40x60 cm, which ensures comfortable growth and high productivity of tomatoes.
