Plant Architecture and Fruit Characteristics

San Blas is characterized by its balanced vegetative mass. Large, bipinnate leaves with moderate blistering and glossiness ensure efficient photosynthesis without excessive foliage density. A key feature is the absence of anthocyanin coloration in the hypocotyl and very weak expression on the stem, indicating high genetic purity.
