Description
Tomato RUSSIAN EMPIRE is a medium-maturing indeterminate hybrid intended for cultivation both in open ground and greenhouses, especially in middle and southern regions. The plant reaches a height of 2-2.2 meters, has good leafiness, and forms clusters with 6-8 fruits. This hybrid is characterized by high yield and stable performance under various growing conditions.
The fruits are elongated-oval in shape, resembling plums, with smooth, dense, bright red skin. The weight of one fruit ranges from 130 to 150 grams. Tomatoes have high dry matter content, which provides them with excellent flavor and firm texture. Due to their thick skin, the fruits exhibit good storability and transportability, making them attractive for large-scale production.
A distinctive feature of this hybrid is its resistance to diseases such as verticillium wilt and fusarium, which contributes to stable high yields. RUSSIAN EMPIRE is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for pickling and canning. High commercial quality, attractive appearance, and long storage life make this tomato popular among gardeners and producers.
