HONEY MILK

Tomato 'Honey Milk' is a fast-maturing variety with a period from germination to fruiting of about 93-100 days. Plants of this variety are low-growing, reaching a height of approximately 60 cm, have a semi-spreading form and moderate leafiness. The bushes require moderate suckering and are suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses or under temporary covers. Sowing for seedlings is recommended in March–early April, with transplanting at the first true leaf stage and planting in the ground in May–early June. The fruits of tomato 'Honey Milk' have a plum-like shape, smooth surface, and a deep red color when fully ripe. The average weight of one fruit is about 60-70 grams. Tomatoes are characterized by their robustness and neat appearance, making them attractive for sale. They have a harmonious, sweet, and aromatic flavor, making them ideal for fresh consumption, pickling, whole-fruit canning, and preparing summer salads. The variety exhibits high resistance to diseases such as verticillium wilt and fusarium, contributing to a stable and abundant yield of about 4.2 kg per square meter with proper care. Due to their flavor qualities, compact bush size, and versatility, tomato 'Honey Milk' is an excellent choice for both home cultivation and commercial production.
