RUSSIAN CHASTUSHKI

Tomato 'Russian Chastushki' is a medium-early, determinate variety with limited growth, reaching a height of up to one meter. This low-growing plant is ideal for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses, making it a versatile choice for various climatic conditions. The variety is characterized by high yield and resistance to major tomato diseases, ensuring a stable and high-quality harvest.

The fruits of 'Russian Chastushki' tomato are large, weighing from 350 to 480 grams, multi-chambered, ribbed, red in color, with a flat-round shape. A cluster typically forms 3 to 4 fruits. The flesh is juicy, aromatic, and has a rich tomato flavor, making this variety especially attractive for preparing fresh summer salads and canning in its own juice.

For successful cultivation, seedlings should be sown at the end of March to early April, followed by transplanting when the first true leaf appears. Seedlings are transplanted into greenhouses in May, with an optimal planting scheme of 40x50 cm. The yield of this variety reaches 8.0-8.5 kg per square meter, confirming its high productivity. 'Russian Chastushki' is recommended for cultivation in various regions, including the Northern, Northwestern, and Central areas.
