Tomato Shelf F1 is a medium-early hybrid with a maturity period of 100 to 105 days. The plant is determinate, strong, compact, and well-leafed, reaching a height of 65–70 cm. The first flowering node forms above the 7th–8th leaf, promoting uniform and timely fruiting. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses, demonstrating high yield — over 10 kg per square meter, and in protected ground, yield reaches 15–17 kg/m2. The fruits of tomato Shelf F1 are round, medium-ribbed, dense, and multi-chambered, with a bright red color without green spots. The weight of one fruit is 220–230 grams. The taste qualities are excellent, making this variety attractive to consumers. The dry matter content varies from 5.5 to 6.4%, total sugar — about 4%, vitamin C — 19.7 mg, and total acidity is within the range of 0.5–0.6%. Thanks to these indicators, the fruits have a rich flavor and good marketability. The hybrid shows high resistance to various diseases, including tomato chlorosis virus (TSWV), tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV), verticillium, fusarium, and gall nematodes. It also exhibits heat and drought tolerance, allowing successful cultivation under various climatic conditions. Tomato Shelf F1 has excellent transportability and storability, making it convenient for commercial cultivation and marketing.
