RUBY GOURMET

Ruby Gourmet Brussels sprouts is a mid-season variety with a period from seedling planting to harvest of 100-110 days. The plant reaches a height of 60-70 cm and is characterized by dark purple leaves with a weak waxy coating. On one stem, 30-40 small, round heads of purplish-red color are formed, which become more saturated at lower temperatures. The total yield from one plant is 400-500 grams.
