PEPPER-SHAPED CHOCOLATE

The plant is tall, reaching a height of 180 to 250 centimeters, with a sparsely leafed bush. It is recommended to form the bush into 2-3 stems by removing excess suckers for optimal growth. The beginning of fruit ripening in greenhouses occurs approximately 95 days after germination, and in open ground — about 105 days. Fruits form in clusters of 10-12 pieces, each weighing 90 to 110 grams. The tomato fruits have a distinctive pepper-shaped, pear-shaped form and are colored light brown or chocolate, with a green spot at the stem end, which usually matures. The flesh is tender with high dry matter content, and the thin skin is practically not noticeable when consumed. The taste of the tomatoes is sweet and very pleasant, making them ideal for salads and fresh consumption. Brown fruits can be used for whole-fruit canning or pickling, although it is recommended to follow cultivation techniques for these purposes. The variety is characterized by high yield — with proper care, one bush can produce up to 8-9 kilograms of tomatoes.
