Tomato KORNEEVSKY — a medium-maturing indeterminate variety with pink fruits, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under cover. The plant is tall, reaching 140-160 cm in height, moderately bushy, and typically forms two stems. For proper development, the plant requires staking to trellises and regular pinching. The variety is characterized by high fruit set even under shading, making it resistant to unfavorable lighting conditions. The plant responds well to moderate and regular watering, as well as fertilization, and shows resistance to infectious and fungal diseases of the Solanaceae family. The fruits of tomato KORNEEVSKY are large, weighing 300–500 g, flat-round in shape with slight ribbing. Their color ranges from light pink to dark pink without green spots. The flesh is juicy, succulent, and sweet, possessing excellent flavor and rich vitamin and mineral content. Due to its characteristics, the tomatoes are ideal for fresh consumption and can be transported and stored for long periods without losing their market appearance. For successful cultivation, use light, nutrient-rich soils. Ideal preceding crops include cucumbers, cabbage, onions, carrots, and legumes. Seeds are sown at the end of March to a depth of about 3 cm after treatment with potassium permanganate solution and rinsing with clean water. Plants are hardened off for 7–10 days before transplanting to open ground. At least 55 days should pass from sowing to transplanting to their permanent location. The planting scheme is 70 cm by 30–40 cm. During growth, tomatoes require regular watering and feeding to maintain high yield and fruit quality.
