Tomato Golden Blossom — a mid-season indeterminate hybrid characterized by high yield and disease resistance. The plant reaches a height of up to 2 meters and forms 6–8 long, simple clusters on the main stem, each containing 13–15 fruits. The fruits are oval or round-oval in shape, smooth and firm, weighing from 30 to 120 grams. Immature fruits are light green, while mature fruits turn bright golden-yellow or yellow-orange.
This variety is distinguished by high fruit set and suitability for harvesting in clusters, which simplifies harvest. The tomato is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus and root rot, enhancing its reliability during cultivation. The plant prefers bright and warm conditions, with an optimal growth temperature of 20–23°C. It grows well on light, fertile soils and is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses.
The fruits of Tomato Golden Blossom have sweet, juicy, and tasty yellow flesh. They are low in calories and rich in beneficial substances, including fiber, beta-carotene, antioxidant lycopene, vitamins A, C, E, B, K, PP, as well as microelements such as iron, potassium, magnesium, and zinc. Due to their taste and health benefits, these tomatoes are recommended for fresh consumption, home cooking, whole-fruit canning, pickling, freezing, and drying.
