Tomato BULL'S HEART CREAMY

Maximizing Yield with 'Byche Serdtse Kremovoye'

The 'Byche Serdtse Kremovoye' (Creamy Oxheart) variety from Gavrish is a prime choice for growers focused on high-quality, gourmet salad tomatoes. As an indeterminate variety, it requires dedicated management including vertical staking and pruning to a single stem, making it a perfect fit for greenhouse operations where space optimization is critical.

Field Performance and Economic Value

With a maturation period of 100–120 days, this variety fits well into mid-season crop rotations. Growers choose this type for its reliable production of heavy fruits (200g+), which stand out in the market due to their unique creamy color and classic heart shape.

• Marketability: The fruit's 4–6 chamber structure ensures a meaty, dense texture, which is highly appreciated by consumers looking for premium, non-watery tomatoes.
• Operational Benefits: Its indeterminate nature allows for sustained harvesting throughout the season, providing a steady supply of produce for local markets or direct-to-consumer sales.

In practice, successful cultivation requires consistent moisture levels and balanced fertilization, particularly during the fruit setting stage. By managing the foliage, farmers can ensure that the plant redirects energy into the fruit, resulting in the impressive, large, creamy-colored tomatoes that characterize this specific genetics from the Gavrish breeding team.
