Tomato Beef Heart Pink is a medium-early, high-yielding variety with an indeterminate growth habit. The vegetation period ranges from 105 to 115 days, depending on growing conditions and region.

The fruits are large, heart-shaped, weighing from 250 to 800 grams, pink in color with a dark raspberry tint. The flesh is juicy, succulent, and very sweet with a rich flavor and a small number of seeds. Thanks to these qualities, the tomato is excellent for fresh consumption and preparing various dishes. Yield per plant varies from 3-4 kilograms in open ground to 15 kilograms in greenhouse conditions.

The variety exhibits good resistance to late blight and drought, making it a reliable choice for different climatic zones. In southern regions, the fruits fully ripen on open soil, while in northern areas, greenhouse cultivation or using the first trusses is recommended to obtain ripe fruits.
