Tomato Harmony

Stable yields in small forms

The "Garmoniya" (Harmony) tomato from the Gavrish breeding company is a choice for those prioritizing high planting density and intensive fruiting in protected ground. As an indeterminate variety, it requires training and pruning, but compensates with impressive results: yields reach 70–100 tons per hectare, making it a highly attractive option for commercial greenhouse operations.

What sets "Garmoniya" apart from its peers?

The main feature of this tomato is the size and uniformity of its fruit. With a weight of 20–40 grams, it falls into the cherry tomato category, which has seen steady demand growth in both the HoReCa and retail segments in recent years. Its round shape and deep red color make it visually appealing for tray packaging, while its high shelf life allows for transportation without loss of marketability.

Growing advantages and nuances

• High production potential: When following proper agricultural practices, you achieve a commercial yield higher than the average for this class.
• Versatility: Small, juicy fruits are perfect for both fresh consumption and whole-fruit canning.
• Indeterminate type: The plant has unlimited growth, allowing for efficient use of vertical greenhouse space throughout the entire season.

It is worth noting that "Garmoniya" is demanding regarding nutrition. To fully unlock its genetic potential of 100 tons, balanced fertigation and climate control are essential. While novice growers might find the constant pruning a bit demanding, for professional farms using intensive production methods, this variety is a reliable "workhorse" that consistently fulfills the market need for high-quality, small-fruited tomatoes.
