Tomato ALTAY CHICKEN

Tomato Altay Chicken is an indeterminate variety with unlimited growth, reaching a height of 1.7 to 2 meters. Strong bushes require mandatory support, pinching, and proper pruning to ensure full development and fruiting. Mid-season maturity — about 115-120 days, making this variety suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and open ground.

The fruits of tomato Altay Chicken have a characteristic elongated shape with a small tip at the top, resembling classic plum tomatoes. They are a rich yellow color, weighing 70 to 100 grams, with dense, juicy, and sweet flesh without cavities. Up to 40 fruits can form on one cluster, ensuring high yield. Fruit-bearing continues from June to October, making this variety especially attractive for prolonged harvest.

This tomato is excellent for whole-fruit canning and winter preservation due to the dense structure of the fruits and their flavor qualities. Despite high yield potential, in some cases, the number of fruits per cluster may be lower, depending on growing conditions and care. The taste of the tomatoes is balanced, making them versatile for fresh consumption and processing.
