Table Beet QARITSA

Optimized for Processing and Long-Term Storage

The «Tsaritsa» variety by Ooo Agroni is designed for commercial growers who prioritize stable market supply throughout the autumn and winter seasons. With a 90–100 day growing period, this variety allows for efficient planning of harvest schedules and ensures the crop is ready for either immediate processing or long-term storage.

Key Operational Advantages

• Processing Quality: The absence of internal rings and deep dark red flesh color make it highly desirable for canning, juice production, and fresh-cut salad manufacturing.
• Uniformity: The consistent round shape simplifies automated washing, sorting, and packaging, reducing labor costs and operational waste.
• Storage Stability: «Tsaritsa» exhibits excellent post-harvest storage capabilities, maintaining density and quality for extended periods, enabling growers to wait for optimal market pricing.

In practical field applications, «Tsaritsa» is known for its durability during mechanical harvesting, minimizing skin abrasions that can lead to rot during storage. The variety’s balance of sugar content and tissue density provides the consistent raw material profile required by the HoReCa segment and large-scale retailers. For producers looking to streamline their post-harvest operations, this variety offers the reliability and uniformity necessary to meet strict commercial standards.
