The flesh is dark pink, tender, juicy, and tasty, allowing the beet to be consumed both raw and after thermal processing. Due to its qualities, the variety is suitable for summer-autumn consumption and stores well during winter, making it a universal product for various culinary purposes.

Primorskaya cylindrical beet is characterized by high yield—when grown on separate beds, up to 8-10 kg can be obtained per square meter. The variety is resistant to most diseases and pests, which reduces the need for special preventive measures when standard agronomy is followed. The plant is heat-loving, so planting is recommended in warmed soil during stable warm weather to avoid damage from temperature drops. For successful cultivation, regular watering, soil loosening, fertilizer application, and timely thinning of seedlings are important.

Primorskaya cylindrical beet is distinguished by its high sugar content and stable development on various soil types, making it in demand for food use. It is ideal for canning, salting, and other processing methods, as well as for fresh consumption.
