Description Nasoloda
Early Nasoloda F1 is an ultra-early hybrid sweet corn developed by Lark Seeds and Spark Seeds (USA), distinguished by its short maturation period of only 67-68 days. This variety is designed for early harvest and enables farmers to enter the fresh produce market first, ensuring high profitability. The plant reaches a height of approximately 190-200 cm, has a strong stalk and robust root system, providing resistance to lodging and adaptability to various climatic conditions and stress factors. Early Nasoloda forms an average of 1.3-2 marketable ears per plant, with the first ear positioned at about 50 cm height, facilitating harvest.

The corn ears have a cylindrical shape, length up to 23-25 cm, and diameter around 5.2-5.5 cm. The kernels are densely arranged in 14-17 rows, with a rich amber-yellow color and creamy, juicy texture. The hybrid belongs to the Sh2 sweetness class, indicating high sugar content reaching 30%, a unique feature among sweet corn varieties worldwide. Thanks to this, Early Nasoloda corn exhibits exceptional sweetness and juiciness, and retains its consumer quality even during long transportation and storage.

For successful cultivation, it is recommended to use transplanting or direct seeding into the soil at soil temperatures not below 10 degrees Celsius. The optimal planting scheme is 75 cm between rows and 25 cm between plants, with a planting depth of 2.5-3 cm. The seeding rate is approximately 50,000 seeds per hectare. Due to its high yield, disease resistance, and adaptability to climate, Early Nasoloda F1 is one of the most sought-after and popular sweet corn hybrids on the Ukrainian and other regional markets.
