Owatonna F1 corn is an early super-sweet SH2 hybrid developed by the French company Clause. The maturation period is approximately 70-72 days from mass emergence, allowing for a high-quality harvest in a short time. The plant reaches a height of up to 205 cm, with ears firmly seated in leaf axils, which effectively shield the ears from pests. Each plant forms 1-2 ears, 22-24 cm long, with intensely yellow kernels arranged in 16-20 full vertical rows, kernel depth of 1.2-1.3 cm.

The hybrid is characterized by high productivity and resilience, easily adapts to various climatic conditions and agronomic practices, making it suitable for cultivation in different regions. Owatonna F1 corn is resistant to diseases such as cladosporiosis, rust, and corn stunt virus, reducing the need for additional protective measures and lowering maintenance costs.
