Corn Messenger F1 is a mid-season super-sweet hybrid of type SH2, developed by Seminis (Netherlands). The vegetation period is 80-85 days from emergence to harvest. Plants are robust, reaching a height of 190-210 cm, with strong stems and resistance to lodging. Leaves are a deep green color, and ear attachment height is 65-70 cm. The hybrid forms two full ears per plant, ensuring high yield of premium-grade product.

Ears are cylindrical with a rounded tip, measuring 24-25 cm in length, 5-5.5 cm in diameter, and weighing 400-460 g. Kernels are large, golden-yellow with a glossy sheen, arranged in 18-20 rows. They are distinguished by high sugar content (high brix), giving the corn an exceptional sweet and juicy flavor. Due to these qualities, the hybrid is suitable for fresh consumption as well as for processing, canning, and freezing.

Messenger F1 hybrid exhibits high resistance to diseases, including rust, corn mosaic virus, and leaf fungal burn. It also possesses stress tolerance and high regenerative capacity, making it a stable and reliable choice for open-field cultivation. Recommended planting density is 60-65 thousand plants per hectare, which contributes to maximum yield and product quality.
