ZHY3278OY Sweet Corn is a medium-maturing SH2 type hybrid with a vegetative period of approximately 82 days. This hybrid features a compact yet robust plant with a well-developed root system, ensuring resistance to lodging and adverse growing conditions. The corn is adaptable to various climatic conditions, possesses high cold tolerance and stress resistance, and demonstrates resistance to mosaic virus, leaf helminthosporium, rust, and southern leaf spot. Additionally, the hybrid is resistant to herbicides containing mesotrione and tembotrione.

The cylindrical ears reach up to 25 cm in length and 5.5 cm in diameter, filled with evenly arranged, bright yellow, glossy kernels with a depth of 13-14 mm and approximately 18-20 rows. The kernels exhibit high sugar content — 12-13% — giving them exceptional taste qualities. Thanks to its slender cob and ease of leaf removal, the kernels are easily processed in industrial facilities. The harvested crop is suitable for fresh market, canning, freezing, and culinary use.
