Early hybrid for fresh consumption and processing. Characterized by very high quality of ears. Strong early growth, forming a very robust root system. With adequate nutrition, the plant can form and fill 4-5 full cobs (Ukrainian growing experience — Odessa region, Kiliya, rice fields). Like the Vega hybrid, the leaf blade width is wider than that of competitive hybrids, allowing the plant to quickly accumulate sugars and form a full cob. Matures in 75-80 days. When combined with the Vega hybrid, it creates a scheduled harvesting conveyor. Plant height averages 180-200 cm. Ears are located at a height of about 60-75 cm. Cob length 20-24 cm with 14-18 rows of yellow kernels. Cobs are large, straight, with dark green leaf sheaths that tightly cover the cob tip, hindering the access of corn borer larvae. Marta F1 is a worthy competitor among hybrids in this group.
