Sweet Corn GSS3071S

Premium quality for fresh market and processing

The GSS3071C sweet corn hybrid, developed by the Dutch experts at Syngenta Crop Protection AG, represents a high-tech solution for growers focused on premium produce. Officially registered in Ukraine in 2026, this F1 hybrid is engineered to deliver consistent yields with superior organoleptic properties.

Marketability and Consumer Appeal

The primary strength of GSS3071C lies in its exceptional cob aesthetics. The kernels are characterized by intense sweetness and a tender texture, making them highly desirable for the fresh produce market. The cobs maintain a uniform shape and attractive appearance, which is essential for retail presentation. A dense husk provides reliable protection, ensuring the product remains in pristine condition from the field to the shelf.

Logistics and Storage Performance

Thanks to its genetic profile, GSS3071C exhibits excellent transportability. The hybrid is resistant to mechanical damage during transit, significantly reducing post-harvest losses. For processing facilities, this variety is highly valued for its high kernel recovery rate and predictable performance during canning or freezing, as it retains its structural integrity and flavor profile throughout the process.

• High yield potential under intensive farming conditions.
• Excellent shelf life, extending the marketing window.
• Genetic stability inherent to the F1 breeding by Syngenta.
