Description CUCERKA
Cucumerka sweet corn is a drought-resistant hybrid with very sweet and tasty kernels. The plant grows from 1.85 to 2 meters in height and forms two ears per stem, which mature simultaneously. At physiological maturity, the kernels turn yellow and are suitable for boiling, canning, and freezing. This variety is low in calories and high in fiber, vitamins, proteins, and valuable amino acids, making it a healthy and nutritious product.

Cucumerka is an early-maturing variety recommended for sowing from April to May with a two-week interval to ensure a stable harvest. The plant does not require complex care, but to achieve maximum productivity, it is important to loosen the soil in time and ensure regular abundant watering. The variety boasts high yields—up to 120 kg of ears or up to 95 kg of kernels per hundred square meters.

Additionally, Cucumerka corn has good drought resistance, is rarely affected by pests and diseases, making it an excellent choice for growing in home gardens and under limited care conditions. Kernels can be consumed raw, as well as after boiling, canning, or freezing, ensuring a variety of application and storage methods.
