"Belosnezhka F1" is a product of breeding work by the Institute of Grain Crops of the UAAS, specifically designed for high-quality sweet corn production within the Ukrainian climate. As a mid-season hybrid, its genetic yield potential is fully realized when maintaining a planting density of 50,000–55,000 plants per hectare.

Biological Parameters and Adaptability

The plant reaches a height of 180–190 cm, which is an optimal range for efficient photosynthesis while maintaining ease of mechanized harvesting. The period from germination to technical maturity is 80–85 days. A key technical feature of this hybrid is its proven resistance to common smut (Ustilago maydis). This biological defense significantly mitigates the risks of losing marketability of the cobs, which is crucial for maximizing crop profitability.

Production Guidelines

To achieve peak performance with "Belosnezhka F1," it is necessary to adhere to a plant density of 50–55 thousand plants/ha. This density ensures adequate nutritional area for each individual plant, preventing growth suppression and supporting the development of full, well-formed cobs. Given its genetic profile, this hybrid shows strong responsiveness to the agro-technical environment and consistent performance when water availability is balanced during the flowering phase.
