VK 195

VK 195 is a mid-early sunflower hybrid with high yield potential, reaching up to 60 c/ha. The maturity period is 106-115 days, allowing for effective harvest planning. The crop grows to a height of 155-170 cm and has a thin convex head with a diameter of 22-26 cm. The seeds are black and large in size, which facilitates their processing and sowing.

The hybrid has high resistance to ergot (cancroid) races A, B, C, D, E, F, G, as well as immunity rated at 10 points for diseases such as Phoma, sunflower moth, white rot, and rust. This ensures reliable plant protection and crop stability even under unfavorable conditions. VK 195 is suitable for cultivation using classic technology, as well as IMI (Clearfield) technology, which expands agronomic capabilities.

The oil content in the seeds is 48-50%, and protein content is 16-18%, making this hybrid attractive for processing and oil production. Hullability is at the level of 22-24%, which contributes to effective seed cleaning. The recommended sowing rate varies depending on soil moisture: 55 thousand/ha with sufficient moisture, 50 thousand/ha with unstable moisture, and 45 thousand/ha with insufficient moisture. VK 195 is successfully grown in various climatic zones, including steppe, forest-steppe, and forest zone.
