SANNAMARIN 456 is an early-maturing sunflower hybrid developed to achieve high yield and stable growth under various climatic conditions. The plants reach a height of 160-170 cm and feature a slightly convex head with a diameter of 18-20 cm and a slight tilt. The seeds are oval-elongated, medium thickness, and black in color, containing 50-52% oil, making this hybrid attractive for producing oilseed products.
The hybrid is characterized by a fast start and early development during the initial stages of organogenesis, which facilitates its good adaptation to different growing zones. SANNAMARIN 456 possesses high resistance to seven races of sunflower downy mildew (A-G), as well as to major sunflower diseases, including gray and white mold, phoma, fusarium, rust, and downy mildew. Additionally, it demonstrates high resistance to drought, shattering, and lodging, ensuring yield stability even under unfavorable conditions.
The average growing season of the hybrid is about 110 days. Over the years of testing, the average yield reached 34-37 c/ha, with a potential up to 55 c/ha. The seeds are treated with the fungicide Maxim and the insecticide Cruiser, which further protects the plants from diseases and pests. Due to its characteristics and reliability, SANNAMARIN 456 is suitable for cultivation in various regions, ensuring high productivity and crop quality.
