Developed through a technical partnership between the Pustovoit All-Russian Research Institute of Oil Crops (VNIIMK) and Jinghaisilu, this sunflower hybrid is engineered for high-intensity, short-cycle cultivation. Its 80–90 day vegetation period acts as a strategic hedge against late-summer droughts, allowing for early harvest and crop rotation optimization.

Phytosanitary Defense Systems

The hybrid’s genetic profile is built around high-level resistance to major fungal threats. By targeting Peronospora (downy mildew), the hybrid maintains stand density and photosynthetic efficiency. Furthermore, resistance to Phomopsis, Fusarium, and powdery mildew prevents late-season stalk rot and kernel degradation, ensuring stable quality parameters even under challenging climate conditions.

Morphology and Field Performance

Standing at a height of 140–170 cm, these plants are designed for robust development across diverse soil profiles. The medium seed size is optimized for consistent sowing depth and high germination energy. These morphological characteristics ensure that the plant redirects energy into achene filling rather than excessive vegetative growth, resulting in predictable, high-yielding plots.
