Sunflower TITAR

Consistency and Yield Potential

The «Titar» sunflower variety from KFH Zavrazhnov A.V. is a reliable solution for farmers prioritizing predictable performance in the field. With a plant height of 190–200 cm, it produces significant biomass, which, under proper agronomic management, ensures the development of large, well-filled flower heads. The large seed size, characteristic of this variety, streamlines post-harvest processing and cleaning, minimizing losses at the elevator stage.

Agronomic Application in the Field

In real-world conditions, this variety shows high adaptability to various soil types. The primary goal for choosing «Titar» is achieving stable yields within a standard crop rotation. The tall stalk requires careful management of seeding density to prevent lodging and ensure adequate sunlight penetration. Field experience shows that «Titar» responds well to fertilization during the 4-6 leaf pair stage, which is crucial for realizing its large-seed potential.

• Consistent Yields: The variety minimizes the risk of performance fluctuations caused by changing climatic cycles.
• Operational Efficiency: Large seed size simplifies combine header and separator settings, reducing seed damage during harvest.
• Growth Characteristics: A robust stature (190-200 cm) effectively suppresses weed growth between rows once the canopy closes.

Choosing seeds from KFH Zavrazhnov A.V. means utilizing planting material adapted to specific regional conditions, where reliability and high marketable yield are the top priorities.
