Sunflower AT BDA 03

AT BDA 03 is a medium-early hybrid sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) with a vegetative period of about 113 days. It is characterized by large seed size and an average 1000-seed weight of about 65.4 grams. This hybrid is intended for oilseed production, as it contains a high oil content in the seeds — about 48.2%. The average yield in the Lower Volga region reaches 21.7 centners per hectare, indicating its high productivity. Hybrid BDA 03 is distinguished by high ecological plasticity and resistance to various adverse factors. It exhibits resistance to herbicides of the sulfonylurea group, facilitating weed control and enhancing the efficiency of agronomic practices. Additionally, the hybrid has high drought tolerance, allowing successful cultivation under conditions of insufficient moisture. It also features high resistance to lodging and shattering, which contributes to yield preservation and improved seed quality. Special attention has been paid to the hybrid's resistance to major sunflower diseases, including false powdery mildew, fusarium, rust, fomopsis, and sunflower downy mildew types A, B, C, D, and E. This comprehensive protection ensures stable yields and reduces losses from diseases. Thanks to these characteristics, AT BDA 03 is a reliable choice for cultivation under various agroclimatic conditions, ensuring high yield and quality of oilseed products.
