TITOS SH — this is a medium-early hybrid sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) with a vegetation period of about 110–120 days, allowing it to successfully adapt to various climatic conditions. Plants reach an average height of 160–170 cm, have green leaves and yellow disc flowers. The hybrid’s head is fairly large and drooping, with medium-sized seeds having a 1000-seed weight of about 55–58 g. The hybrid belongs to the intensive cultivation type and has moderate drought resistance, making it suitable for regions with variable weather conditions. TITOS SH is characterized by high yield potential: average yield in cultivation regions reaches 21.4 c/ha, with maximum yields up to 33.7 c/ha. Oil content in seeds ranges from 40% to 46.9%, ensuring good oil extraction. The hybrid is resistant to five races of downy mildew (ABCD E) and has moderate resistance to rust, contributing to stable yields and reduced losses from diseases. Thanks to the Clearfield®Plus system, the hybrid is effectively protected against weeds, simplifying agronomic operations. TITOS SH is recommended for cultivation in the Southern Federal District, including the North Caucasus region, Adygea Republic, and Krasnodar Krai. Its high adaptability, disease resistance, and increased oleic acid content in oil (up to 75%) make this hybrid an attractive choice for producers focused on quality and stable yields. The hybrid suits intensive cultivation technologies and ensures high oil harvest, which is beneficial for industrial production.
